Wax sculptures using candles. January 2021.

WAX

I took 2 different coloured candles and made 2 cup like shapes using a can, and I used the opposite colour to drip down the sides I did this to both and created this interesting duo of wax sculptures.

The first images were created by cutting shapes out of a piece of paper and photographing them from different angles with different lighting. The second circle sculpture was created by cutting out many black and white circles scrunching them up and threading them through a piece of string.

Paper pulp sculptures with paint. January 2021.

Taking a pulp made from paper, water and PVA glue I moulded this around a balloon to create a spherical shape. I painted it to resemble a dragon egg.
